摘  要:针对浮顶油罐网壳雷击损伤危害,以Q235B钢合金和3003铝合金为例,基于雷电电弧的热等离子磁流体动力学理论,建立网壳材料雷击损伤的有限元分析模型,计算网壳材料遭受雷击时的电、热、力等多场特征,研究不同材料参数对金属损伤的影响。结果表明,网壳材料的电导率和热导率变化0.01~100倍时,电弧-材料界面的洛伦兹力、电流分布以及耦合过程发生明显改变,Q235B钢合金网壳材料表面洛伦兹力和电流密度的峰值改变-27.7%~111.0%和-28.9%~61.1%,峰值位置变化-8.5%~17.0%和-11.0%~6.6%;3003铝合金网壳材料表面洛伦兹力和电流密度的峰值改变0.0%~91.4%和-23.9%~0.0%,峰值位置变化-10.7%~2.7%和-0.7%~1.7%。研究可为油罐材料的雷击损伤数值分析和耐受能力改进提供参考。In response to the damage caused by lightning strikes on the reticulated shells of floating roof oil tanks,taking Q235B steel alloy and 3003 aluminum-num alloy as examples,based on the thermal plasma magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD)theory of lightning arc,the finite element analysis model of lightning strike damage to reticulated shell material was estab-lished.The electric,thermal and force characteristics of the reticulated shell materials were calculated when it was struck by lightning,and the influence of differ-ent material parameters on damage results were stud-ied.The results showed that when the electrical and thermal conductivity of the reticulated shell material changed by 0.01-100 times,the Lorentz force,cur-rent distribution and coupling process of the arc-mate-rial interface changed significantly.The peak Lorentz force and current density on the reticulated shell sur-face change by-27.7%to 111.0%and-28.9%to 61.1%,accordingly,and the peak position changes by-10.7%to 17.0%and-11.0%to 6.6%.The peak Lorentz force and current density on the surface of 3003 aluminum alloy lattice shell material changed by 0.0%~91.4%and-23.9%~0.0%,and the peak position changed by-10.7%~2.7%and-0.7%~1.7%.The study can provide a reference for the numerical analysis of lightning strike damage and the improvement of lightning tolerance for oil tanks.
