摘 要:时间道德异化,即时间道德在为个体提供正义性肯定的同时,也成为个体行为选择的道德枷锁,使个体陷于自我压抑的不利处境。这一异化的时间理解将带来个体的过度自责歉疚、泛在的自发恐慌,以及无自我的主体空场。就中小学教师而言,时间道德异化下的焦虑源于竞争主义导向的速度迷信、他者导向的时间纪律,以及理想导向的脚本化时间。面对时间道德异化下的中小学教师时间焦虑,应重塑教师时间价值观,延长个体时间体验,调整自身时间节奏。The alienation of time morality means that time morality not only provides the affirmation of justice for individuals,but also becomes the moral shackles of individual behavior choice,which causes individuals to fall into the disadvantageous situation of self-repression.This alienated understanding of time will bring individual excessive self-blame and guilt,ubiquitous spontaneous panic,and self-free subject field.As far as primary and secondary school teachers are concerned,the anxiety under the alienation of time morality stems from the speed superstition oriented by competition,the time discipline oriented by others,and the ideal-oriented scripted time.Faced with the time anxiety of primary and secondary school teachers under the alienation of time morality,teachers′time values should be rebuilt,individual time experience should be extended,and their own time rhythm should be adjusted.
