摘  要:针对纵向非均质欠注水井高效酸化技术难题,提出了注水井微泡暂堵液分流酸化技术。研发了具有无固相、封堵空间尺寸不受限、“有限封堵”和“无限保护”特点的耐酸性微泡暂堵液,在含裂缝岩心中承压能力达25.00 MPa以上,封堵性能稳定,表观黏度、塑性黏度等24 h后降幅超过50%,具有良好的自降解性,降解后渗透率恢复率>85.00%。该技术在长庆油田累计应用10余井次,改善了注水井吸水剖面不均衡程度,措施后注入压力平均降低了2.80 MPa以上。Aiming at the technical problems of high efficiency acidizing treatment of vertically heterogeneous water injection wells,the technology of temporary plugging acidification using micro-bubble fluid is proposed.The acid resistant micro-bubble temporary plugging fluid with the characteristics of solid free,not limited by the size of plugging space,"limited plugging"and"unlimited reservoir protection"has been developed.The plugging pressure capacity in the core with fractures is more than 25.00 MPa,and the apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity decreased by more than 50%after 24 h,indicating that the micro-bubble plugging performance is stable and has good self degradation performance.After degradation,the recovery rate of acid permeability is more than 85.00%.This technology has been applied to more than 10 wells in Changqing oilfield,and the uneven water injection profile of water injection wells has been significantly improved.After the measures,the injection pressure has decreased by more than 2.80 MPa.
