摘  要:随着深层油气资源的勘探开发需求,井身结构的不断优化,深层大斜度大位移钻井对钻井液体系的润滑性能提出了更高的要求,高温高密度水基钻井液的润滑性研究是目前深层油气资源勘探开发的关键技术之一。高密度水基钻井液在高温环境、高固相及高矿化度条件下,润滑性能普遍较差,摩阻较大,严重影响钻井施工时效及质量。根据目前钻井施工过程中的工程需求,以植物油及植物油酸为原材料,通过酸酯化反应,生成含有不饱和双键的酯基基团的长链脂肪酸酯,通过接入含氯、硫、磷具有极压抗磨能力的化学元素,同时引入羟基、氨基等吸附基团,研制一种热稳定性好、吸附性强的高效钻井液润滑剂HLG。评价结果表明,润滑剂HLG抗温能力达到180℃,抗盐抗钙能力强,可以满足密度达到2.2 g/cm^(3)的高密度水基钻井液需求,有效提高钻井液体系润滑性能,降低摩阻,适合深层复杂地层及大斜度大位移井型的勘探开发,应用前景良好。With the exploration and development demand of deep oil and gas resources and the continuous optimization of well bore structure,deep high angle and extended reach drilling has put forward higher requirements for the lubricating performance of drilling fluid system.The research on the lubricity of high temperature and high density water-based drilling fluid is one of the key technologies for the exploration and development of deep oil and gas resources.High density water-based drilling fluid has poor lubrication performance and large friction resistance under high temperature,high solid and high salinity conditions,which seriously affects the drilling efficiency and quality.According to the engineering requirements during the current drilling construction,vegetable oil and vegetable oleic acid are used as raw materials,through acid esterification reaction,long-chain fatty acid esters containing unsaturated double bond ester groups are generated.By adding chemical elements containing chlorine,sulfur and phosphorus with extreme pressure and anti-wear capabilities,and introducing hydroxyl,amino and other adsorption groups,a highly effective drilling fluid lubricant HLG with good thermal stability and strong adsorption is developed.The evaluation results show that the lubricant HLG has a temperature resistance of 180℃,strong salt resistance and calcium resistance,can meet the requirements of high-density water-based drilling fluid with a density of 2.2 g/cm^(3),effectively improve the lubricating performance of the drilling fluid system,reduce friction,and is suitable for the exploration and development of deep complex formations and large angle and large displacement wells,with good application prospects.
