摘 要:为解决南海E油田在低温下的流动性问题,根据混输原油性质、析出蜡的碳数分布及现场工况,合成了以丙烯酸十八酯与马来酸酐为单体的降凝剂YF-305,并采用正交实验优化了合成条件,最后对比了该产品与其他市售产品的效果。研究结果表明,南海E油田原油蜡含量为16.12%,凝点为20℃,在低温环境中极易凝固。降凝剂YF-305的最佳合成条件为丙烯酸十八酯与马来酸酐的摩尔比为2∶1,引发剂用量为1.2%,聚合温度为80℃,聚合时间为5 h。当加注浓度为400 mg/L时,降凝剂YF-305的降凝幅度可达16℃,同等温度下的降黏效果也优于市售产品,展现出良好的降凝降黏性能。In order to solve the problem of liquidity of the E oilfield under the low temperature,according to the nature of blended transportation of crude oil,the carbon number distribution of wax precipitation and site conditions,a point reducing agent YF-305 was synthesized with octadecyl acrylate and maleic anhydride as monomers.And by orthogonal experiment to optimize the synthesis conditions,finally compares the effect of products and other products sold.The results show that the crude oil of E oilfield in the South China Sea contains 16.12%wax and has a solidification point of 20℃,which is easy to solidify in low temperature environment.The optimum synthesis conditions of the coagulant YF-305 were as follows,the molar ratio of octadecyl acrylate to maleic anhydride was 2∶1,the amount of initiator was 1.2%,the polymerization temperature was 80℃and the polymerization time was 5 h.When the injection concentration is 400 mg/L,the point lowering range of YF-305 can reach 16℃,and the viscosity reducing effect is also better than that of the commercial products at the same temperature,showing good point lowering and viscosity reducing performance.
