摘　　要：本文讲述了一种利用氟石膏制备钾肥的方法。具体过程是将氟石膏经过研磨后,按固液比0.6与一次水进行混合,利用氧化钙调节pH=7~8时,加入碳酸铵固体,碳酸铵与硫酸钙的摩尔比为0.6,在30℃下反应3 h后,过滤得到硫酸铵溶液,硫酸铵溶液升温至80~90℃时,缓慢加入氯化钾固体,反应1 h后,置于恒温冷水浴中快速冷却至30℃,过滤、洗涤、烘干得到硫酸钾样品,滤液经蒸发浓缩、冷却过滤可得到氯化铵-硫酸钾复合肥,利用此方法制备的工业级硫酸钾以及氯化铵-硫酸钾复合肥满足市场出售要求。This article describes a method of preparing potassium fertilizer by using fluorine gypsum.Specific process,after grinding the fluorine gypsum,mix with primary water at a solid-liquid ratio of 0.6,when regulating pH=7 to 8 by using calcium oxide,add an ammonium carbonate solid.The molar ratio of ammonium carbonate to calcium sulfate is 0.6,after the reaction for 3 h at 30℃,filtered to obtain an ammonium sulfate solution.When the ammonium sulfate solution is heated up to 80 to 90℃,slow addition of a potassium chloride solid,after 1 h of the reaction,set in a constant temperature cold bath to cool quickly to 30℃,filtering,washing and drying to obtain potassium sulfate samples.The filtrate is evaporated and filtered to obtain ammonium chloride-potassium sulfate compound fertilizer.The industrial grade potassium sulfate and ammonium chloride-potassium sulfate compound fertilizer prepared by this method meet the market sale requirements.
