摘  要:在现代养猪业中,精液品质是检验种公猪生产性能的一项重要指标,包括精子的密度、活力、形态和DNA片段等参数,受雄性动物体内环境、外环境等多种因素影响,不同地方猪群体间存在一定差异。目前,通过常规方法来评定种公猪精液质量存在误差大、周期长以及效率低等问题,严重制约了养猪业的发展。因此,为进一步解析地方猪精子发生机制,改善其精液品质,可从分子遗传学角度进行深入探究。故该文综述了AKAP3、HSF1、WIP1、SPATA6和MTHFR基因在地方猪精液品质中的研究进展,以期为后续优质公猪的选育提供参考资料。In modern pig farming,semen quality is an important indicator for testing the production performance of breeding boars,including parameters such as sperm density,vitality,morphology,and DNA fragments.Semen quality is influenced by various factors such as the internal and external environment of male animals,and there are certain differences among pig populations in different regions.At present,many problems,such as large errors,long cycles,and low efficiency in evaluating the quality of boar semen through conventional methods,seriously restrict the development of the pig industry.In order to further analyze the mechanism of spermatogenesis of local pigs and improve their semen quality,weconducted in-depth research from the perspective of molecular genetics.In this article,the research progress of AKAP3,HSF-1,WIP1,SPATA6,and MTHFR genes in the semen quality of local pigs was reviewed,which provides reference materials for the subsequent breeding of high-quality boars.
