摘 要:为模拟抽油杆柱受轴向外载荷产生的动力屈曲和横向振动现象,设计一种新型的基于程序控制的液压加载模拟装置。基于液压压力闭环控制方式,利用PLC输入设定值调节比例溢流阀开口度,控制系统的压力,通过压力传感器的检测与变送,将液压系统的压力反馈回PLC,从而控制连续变化的系统压力,以满足设计需求。使用MATLAB中的Simulink模块建立液压系统的数学模型,仿真得到比例溢流阀的性能曲线并验证了此液压闭环控制系统模拟装置的稳定性和可行性。In order to simulate dynamic buckling and lateral vibration of sucker rod string under axial load,a new hydraulic loading simulator based on program control was designed.Based on the hydraulic pressure closed-loop control mode,PLC was used to input set value to adjust the valve opening of the electrohydraulic pressure valve,to control the pressure of the system.And the real-time pressure of the hydraulic system was delivered to PLC by the pressure sensor,in order to control the continuous change of the system pressure and meet the design requirements.At the same time,the mathematical model of the hydraulic system was established by using Simulink module in MATLAB,the performance curve of the electrohydraulic pressure valve was simulated,and the stability and feasibility of the hydraulic closed-loop control system simulator was verified by parameter adjustment.
