摘  要:针对目前数控磨床可靠性建模时拟合优度检验区分度不高的问题,提出以样本数据和拟合曲线之间距离最小的可靠性模型优选方法。基于采集到的故障数据,利用5种常用的分布函数对数控磨床液压系统进行可靠性建模,采用现有拟合优度检验方法与所提最小距离法对5种分布模型进行拟合优度检验。结果显示:数控磨床液压系统的最优可靠性模型为伽马分布;与灰色关联度法、K-S检验等方法相比,最小距离法不仅优选结果准确,且平均区分度分别提高了99.6%、135.6%。Aiming at the problem of the lower discrimination of fit goodness test in the reliability modeling of CNC grinder,a reliability model optimization method based on the minimum distance between sample data and fitting curve was proposed.Based on the collected fault data,five different distribution functions were used to model the reliability of the hydraulic system of CNC grinder,and the fit goodness of each distribution model was tested by using the existing fit goodness test methods and the proposed minimum distance method respectively.The results show that the optimal reliability model of the hydraulic system of CNC grinder is gamma distribution;compared with grey correlation method and K-S test,the minimum distance method not only has accurate optimization result,but also improves the average discrimination by 99.6%and 135.6%respectively.
