摘　　要：结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTCL-NT)是一种侵袭性血液系统恶性肿瘤,是第三大常见鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤。最常见的初始症状与耳鼻喉科疾病症状类似,因此患者常初诊于耳鼻喉科,易被误诊。ENKTCL-NT对放射治疗(简称放疗)敏感,化学治疗(简称化疗)与放疗联合可以提高患者的生存质量。目前可供选择的化疗方案众多。本文结合我科多年来在ENKTCL-NT诊疗中的经验,对ENKTCL-NT的诊疗现状进行概述。Extra-nodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ENKTCL-NT)as an aggressive hematologic malignancy is the third most common malignancy of the nasal cavity and sinuses.The most common initial symptoms are similar to those of otolaryngological diseases,so patients often have their first diagnosis in the ear,nose and throat department and are easily misdiagnosed.ENKTCL-NT is sensitive to radiation therapy,and the combination of chemotherapy and radiation therapy can improve the survival of patients.In this article,we overview the current status of diagnosis and treatment of ENKTCL-NT by combining with our experience over the years.
