从毒论治放射性皮炎经验

摘　　要：认为毒邪是放射性皮炎的重要致病因素,内外合毒为其关键病机,其中放射线为外来火热毒邪,内毒包括燥毒、湿毒、瘀毒。提出从毒论治放射性皮炎的观点,临证运用内外合治法,内治予自拟解毒汤加减以清热解毒、祛湿化瘀,外治根据皮损表现选择闪罐疗法或青石止痒软膏或生肌玉红膏以解毒生肌,内外合治,有助于预防放射性皮炎的病情进展。For radiation dermatitis(RD),the invasion of pathogenic toxins is an important factor,and integrated internal and external toxins is the key pathogenesis.Radiation is the main external fire and heat toxin,while dryness,dampness and stasis are internal pathogenic toxins.It is proposed to treat RD from toxins by the integrated internal and external method,using self-made Jiedu Decoction(解毒汤)modifications as internal treatment to clear heat and resolve toxins,dispel dampness and remove stasis,and taking flash cupping,Qingshi Zhiyang Ointment(青石止痒软膏)or Shengji Yuhong Ointment(生肌玉红膏)in relation to skin damage condition as external treatment to resolve toxins and engender flesh.The integrated internal and external treatment can help prevent the progression of RD.
