摘　　要：随着社会发展和价值观的多元化,大学生心理问题日益增多,严重影响到自身成长发展。鉴于马克思人本思想以人的社会本质为核心,具体阐明人的需要、实践活动及其与社会的关系,最终落脚于人的解放与自由而全面发展,文章以人本思想为出发点,正确认识和把握大学生心理健康教育与其内在联系,为提升大学生心理健康教育实效性指明方向。With the development of society and the diversification of values,the psychological issues of college students are becoming more and more prominent,which seriously affects their growth and development.Marx's humanistic thought takes human social nature as the core,explicates human needs,practical activities and its rela-tionship with the society,and settles on human liberation and free and all-around development at last.This paper took humanistic thought as the origin and correctly expounded its inner relation with mental health education of col-lege students to improve the effectiveness of the education.
