摘　　要：[目的/意义]档案数据是大数据时代档案管理新对象和档案学研究新论域。立足档案与数据协同视角,从档案数据化与数据档案化双层维度透视破析档案数据本体质性、生成机理与运行规律,探索档案数据理论内涵与管理策略。[方法/过程]聚焦档案数据内涵深化与实践创新,通过文献梳理、辩证分析、比较研究与系统建构,归纳档案数据研究题域分布,构建档案生态演化矩阵,洞察档案数据研究发展态势,探究档案数据化与数据档案化的实现路径。[结果/结论]档案数据是档案与数据的双向延伸、协同交互和内在统一。档案数据化层面,重在引入数据科学知识与数据管理技术工具,从资源转化、技术赋能、服务创新、伦理规制、素养提升等方面构筑档案数据化生存空间,推动档案事业数据化转型;数据档案化层面,重在运用档案学思想与档案管理专业方法,以全景观、法制观、协同观、系统观、平衡观为指引,重塑数据档案化管理体系,促进数据有序归档与安全保管,为数据管理注入档案智慧。[Purpose/Significancel Archiva] data is a new object of archival management and a new field of archival research in the era of big data.Based on the perspective of archives and data collaboration,this paper an-alyzes the inherent nature,generation mechanism,and operational rules of archival data from the dual dimensions of archives digitization and data archivization.At the same time,this paper explores the theoretical connotation and management strategies of archival data.[Method/Process]Focusing on deepening the connotation of archival data and practical innovation,through literature review,dialectical analysis,comparative research,and systematic construction,this study summarized the distribution of archival data research topics,constructed an archival eco-logical evolution matrix,provided insights into the development trend of archival data research,and explored the implementation way for archives datafication and data archivization.[Result/Conclusion]Archival data is a two-way extension,collaborative interaction,and internal unity between archives and data.At the level of archives data-fication,the emphasis is on the lead into data science knowledge and data management technology tools,and the construction of archives datafication living space from the aspects of resource transformation,technology empow-erment,service innovation,ethical regulation and literacy improvement,so as to promote the archives datafication transformation.At the level of data archivization,it focuses on the utilize of archival ideas and professional methods of archival management.Guided by the whole landscape,legal view,collaborative view,systematic view and bal-anced view,it reshapes the data archivization management system,promotes the orderly archiving and safe storage of data,and infuses archival wisdom into data management.
