摘  要:钢横隔梁作为装配式梁桥的一种新型横向连接构件,有效解决了混凝土横隔梁对不齐、高空施工难度大等问题,但行业内缺乏相关设计经验,更缺少针对钢横隔梁的标准化设计流程。依托典型的装配式混凝土T梁桥,对钢横隔梁定制化设计流程、结构受力性能进行了分析研究,提出了梁单元、实体单元相结合的钢横隔梁设计方法,设计了两种力学性能良好的钢横隔梁,为钢横隔梁的设计和施工提供参考。As a new type of transverse connection component of the fabricated beam bridge,steel diaphragm beam effectively solves problems such as uneven alignment of concrete diaphragm beam and high altitude construction difficulty and so on.However,there is a lack of relevant design experience in the industry,and there is a lack of standardized design process for the steel diaphragm beam.Based on a typical fabricated concrete T-beam bridge,the customized design process and structural stress performance of steel diaphragm beams are analyzed and studied.The design methods for the steel diaphragm beams combining beam elements and solid elements are put forward,and two types of steel diaphragm beams with good mechanical properties are designed,so as to provide reference for the design and construction of steel diaphragm beams.
