摘 要:TiO_(2)纳米管阵列是一种比表面积大、光电催化性能高效稳定、成本低廉、无毒的新型半导体材料,在光催化降解污染物、光解水制氢和新能源电池等领域有着广阔的应用前景。但由于TiO_(2)禁带宽度大,只能吸收紫外光,可见光利用率低,因此要对TiO_(2)纳米管进行改性,拓宽其光谱吸收范围,提高其光电转换效率。综述了近年来TiO_(2)纳米管阵列的制备、改性及应用等方面的研究进展。TiO_(2) nanotube array is a new type of semiconductor material with large specific surface area,efficient and stable photocatalytic performance,low cost and non-toxicity.It has broad application prospects in the fields of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants,photolysis of water for hydrogen production and new energy batteries.However,due to the large forbidden band width of TiO_(2),it can only absorb ultraviolet light,and the utilization rate of visible light is low.Therefore,TiO_(2) nanotubes should be modified to broaden its spectral absorption range and improve its photoelectric conversion efficiency.The research progress in the preparation,modification and application of TiO_(2) nanotube arrays in recent years was reviewed.
