摘  要:针对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的非极性特点所带来的界面粘接性能较差的技术问题,采用密炼机改性及单螺杆挤出工艺,对EPDM进行接枝极化改性,获得了不同接枝率的改性EPDM(g-EPDM)。并将g-EPDM作为第二基体制备了EPDM绝热材料,研究了其对EPDM绝热材料的加工性能、力学性能、烧蚀性能和粘接性能的影响。结果表明,g-EPDM接枝率的增大及其添加量的增加都有助于提高EPDM绝热材料与金属的粘接强度;当g-EPDM添加量为30份时,接枝率为0.305%的g-EPDM(0.305%-g-EPDM)填充的EPDM绝热材料具有较优异的加工性能和粘接性能,其与铝片的粘接性能达3.8MPa,相较不添加g-EPDM的绝热材料提高了79.2%。0.305%-g-EPDM添加量为15份时,EPDM绝热材料的综合性能最佳,其抗拉强度为11.4MPa,断裂伸长率达500%以上,线烧蚀率为0.058mm/s,与铝片的粘接剪切强度为3.06MPa。To improve the poor adhesion caused by the non-polar characteristics of EPDM,EPDM was grafted and polarized by polar monomer in internal mixer and fellow by a single screw extruder processing to obtain modified EPDM(g-EPDM)with different grafting ratios.The g-EPDM was used as a second substrate to prepare EPDM insulation materials,and the effects of g-EPDM on the processing properties,mechanical properties,adhesive and ablative performance of EPDM insulation materials were studied.The results showed that the increase of the grafting rate of g-EPDM or the increase of its addition could improve the bonding strength of EPDM insulation materials with metal.When the addition of g-EPDM was 30 phr,the grafting rate of g-EPDM was 0.305%,the EPDM insulation had excellent processing and bonding performance,and its bonding performance with aluminum sheet reached 3.8MPa,which was 79.2%higher than that of EPDM insulation without g-EPDM.When the addition amount of 0.305%-g-EPDM was 15 phr,the comprehensive performance of EPDM insulation material was the best,and the tensile strength,elongation at break,bonging strength with aluminum sheet,and linear ablation rate reach 11.4MPa;over 500%;3.06MPa and 0.058mm/s,respectively.
