摘 要:以Co(NO)_(3)·6H_(2)O为钴源,(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)为聚合引发剂和硫源,通过原位聚合和煅烧两步法制备Co_(9)S_(8)/C复合材料,同时,为了进一步提高其电化学性能,在原位聚合过程中掺杂碳纳米管(CNTs),得到Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C复合材料,并研究CNTs掺杂对Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C复合材料电化学性能的影响。结果表明:复合物中CNTs的作用主要在于提高复合材料的电子和离子传导特性,使所制备的复合材料表现出更高的比容量。当CNTs掺杂量为0.2g时所制备Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C-0.2复合物在0.1A/g、0.2A/g、0.3A/g、0.5A/g、1.0A/g和2.0A/g时比容量分别为1117mAh/g、985mAh/g、916mAh/g、846mAh/g、793mAh/g和710mAh/g,当电流密度返回到0.2A/g时,其比容量为938mAh/g,表现出良好的倍率性能,其在1.0A/g电流密度下经400圈循环后的比容量为472.6mAh/g,容量保持率为69.1%,表现出良好的循环性能。Co_(9)S_(8)/C composites were prepared via in-situ polymerization and further calcination by using Co(NO)_(3)·6H_(2)O as cobalt source and(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8) as polymerization initiator and sulfur source.Meanwhile,in order to further improve their electrochemical properties,Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C composites were obtained by doping CNTs during in-situ polymerization.The effect of CNTs doping on the electrochemical properties of Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C composites was studied.The results showed that the role of CNTs in composites was mainly to improve the conduction characteristics of composites,thus making Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C composites exhibit higher specific capacities than Co_(9)S_(8)/C composites.When the doping amount of CNTs was 0.2g,the specific capacities of Co_(9)S_(8)/CNTs/C-0.2 composites were 1117mAh/g,985mAh/g,916mAh/g,846mAh/g,793mAh/g and 710mAh/g at 0.1A/g,0.2A/g,0.3A/g,0.5A/g,1.0A/g and 2.0A/g,respectively.When the current density returned to 0.2A/g,the specific capacity was 938mAh/g,showing excellent high-rate performance.The specific capacity was 472.6mAh/g after 400 cycles at 1.0A/g current density,and the capacity retention rate was 69.1%,exhibiting good cycling performance.
