摘 要:为提高热解炭黑改性沥青的低温性能,以熔融共混法工艺,制备了热解炭黑与鸡毛纤维复合改性沥青。基于响应曲面法的中心复合设计,以热解炭黑掺量、鸡毛纤维掺量、鸡毛剪切时间为自变量,对复合改性沥青进行针入度、延度、软化点实验。以针入度、延度、软化点综合最优为目标,确定了热解炭黑掺量、鸡毛纤维掺量、鸡毛剪切时间优化参数。模型优化结果显示,最佳水平组合参数为热解炭黑掺量10.6%、鸡毛纤维掺量1.8%、鸡毛剪切时间6.8min,对最佳水平组合参数复合改性沥青进行响应变量实验,验证结果在4.6%误差范围内。路用性能实验表明,与基质沥青相比,复合改性沥青混合料的动稳定度由2243次/mm增加到3120次/mm,最大弯拉应变由3089με增加到3299με,高温稳定性与低温抗裂性均得到提高。In order to improve the low temperature performance of pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt,a composite modified asphalt with pyrolytic carbon black and chicken feather fiber was prepared by a melt blending process.Based on the central composite design of response surface method,the penetration,ductility and softening point of the composite modified asphalt were tested with the amount of pyrolytic carbon black,chicken feather fiber and chicken feather shear time as independent variables.With the objective of optimizing the penetration,ductility and softening point,the optimized parameters of pyrolytic carbon black doping,chicken feather fibre doping and chicken feather shear time were determined.Model optimization results showed that the best level combination of parameters was pyrolysis carbon black doping of 10.6%,chicken feather fiber doping of 1.8%,and chicken feather shear time of 6.8min.Response variable test was conducted on the composite modified asphalt with the best level combination of parameters,and verification results were within the error range of 4.6%.Road performance tests revealed that compared with the matrix asphalt,the dynamic stability of the composite modified asphalt mixture increased from 2243 to 3120 cycles/mm,the maximum bending and tensile strain increased from 3089 to 3299με,and the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance were both improved.
