摘 要:以棉短绒为原料,马来酸酐(MA)、双氧水接枝改性,制备了棉短绒基气凝胶,然后与纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)复合、碳化,合成了MA接枝棉短绒基气凝胶/Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性复合碳材料(MFCA-C)。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、热重分析仪、磁强计、比表面积及孔隙度分析仪对样品进行表征分析。以刚果红(CR)为模型污染物进行了吸附实验。结果表明,MFCA-C具有三维网状结构,比表面积为105m^(2)/g,孔径介于2~50nm之间。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型。经过5次循环吸附,MFCA-C对CR的吸附率仍然达到了93.0%。Cotton linter-based aerogel was prepared by grafting modification with maleic anhydride(MA)and hydrogen peroxide using cotton linter as raw material,and then compounded and carbonized with nano-Fe_(3)O_(4) to synthesize MA-grafted cotton linter-based aerogel/Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic composite carbon material(MFCA-C).The samples were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS),thermogravimeter(TG),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and specific surface area and porosity analyzer(BET).Adsorption experiments were carried out using Congo red(CR)as a model pollutant.The results showed that MFCA-C had a three-dimensional mesh structure with a specific surface area of 105m^(2)/g and pore sizes ranging from 2 to 50nm.The adsorption process was in accordance with the quasi-secondary kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.After five cycles of adsorption,the adsorption efficiency of MFCA-C for CR still reached 93.0%.
