摘 要:利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠的两亲性对聚酰亚胺进行亲水改性。通过静电纺丝法制备了十二烷基苯磺酸钠/聚酰亚胺共混膜。采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对膜的结构进行了表征,对水接触角、石油醚/水乳液分离性能进行了测试。结果表明:十二烷基苯磺酸钠共混入聚酰亚胺中;改性后膜表面亲水性明显提高,1min内水接触角由81.14°降至32.15°;对石油醚/水乳液具有良好的分离效果,膜通量最大值为245L/(m^(2)·h),最大分离效率达78%以上。回收10次后,分离效率始终保持在76%以上。Polyimide was hydrophilically modified by using the amphiphilic properties of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.Sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate/polyimide blend membranes were prepared by electrostatic spinning.The structure of the membrane was characterized by XPS,and the water contact angle and separation performance of petroleum ether/water emulsion were tested.The results showed that sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was successfully blended into polyimide.After modification,the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface was improved obviously,and the water contact angle decreased from 81.14°to 32.15°within one minute.The membrane had good separation performance for petroleum ether/water emulsion,with a maximum film flux of 245L/(m^(2)·h)and a maximum separation efficiency of over 78%.After 10 cycles of recovery,the separation efficiency remained above 76%.
