摘 要:为了获得高效、低维、低值、易得、实用的光催化材料,生物质掺杂TiO2粉体颗粒被制备,经X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X光电子能谱(XPS)等表征,并通过罗丹明B(RhB)的脱色降解和生物质淋洗液的光氧化降解分析。结果表明:制备的光催化剂是低维度、多元,有利于太阳能利用和复杂有机化合物共光解,且分散性好、成本低,有利于环境污染治理的环境友好型纳米颗粒(平均粒径<50nm);生物质掺杂使光催化材料制备粒径颗粒变大、粗糙度增加、比表面积增加、内部键合结构更多元、晶型混合、氧空穴增多的高活性特性,这些特性更加有利于有机混合物的共吸附光解;氙灯做光源光催化氧化降解时能使RhB脱色率达到98.06%,模拟生物质淋洗液中污染物降解率达85%以上,pH中性或偏酸性更有利于催化效果的发挥;应用在环境自净化体系中能促进该项技术的工业化。In order to obtain efficient,low-dimensional,low-cost,easily obtainable,and practical photocatalytic materials,biomass doped titanium dioxide powder particles were prepared,characterized by XRD,SEM and XPS etc.,and utilized in the decolorization of Rhodamine B and the degradation of biomass simulated leaching solution.The results showed that the prepared photocatalyst was a low dimensional,pluralistic and environment-friendly nanoparticles(average particle size 50nm)with good dispersion and low cost,which were conducive to solar energy utilization,co-photolysis of complex organic compounds and environmental pollution treatment.Compared with the undoped samples,biomass doping increased the particle size,specific surface area,roughness,complex internal bonding structure,variety crystalline coexisting and oxygen cavity,which were more conducive to the co-adsorption and photodegradation of organic mixtures.When xenon lamp was used as light source for photocatalytic oxidation degradation,RhB decolorization rate could reach 98.06%,and the pollutant degradation rate in simulated biomass leaching solution could reach more than 85%.It was also found that neutral or acidic environment was more favorable to the photocatalytic effect.Application in environmental self-purification system could promote the industrialization of this technology.
