安徽省医疗机构妇儿专科医疗资源现况调查分析

摘　　要：目的 分析安徽省各级各类医疗机构妇儿专科医疗资源现况,为优化全省妇女儿童医疗资源配置,保障母婴安全提供科学支持。方法 采用普查的方式,对全省各级各类1 702家医疗机构进行调查。采用自行设计的调查问卷,让各医疗机构自行填写调查表并审核,逐级报送至安徽省妇女儿童保健中心。调查内容包括机构基本信息、类别、级别、人才资源、床位分配、收支状况等。结果 共调查1 702家医疗机构。全省各市每万人口拥有妇儿卫生技术人员2.79~8.35人,拥有妇产科医生0.81~1.61人,拥有儿科医生0.46~1.58人。全省每万人口拥有妇儿床位2.99~8.35张,拥有妇产科床位1.86~5.10张,拥有儿科床位1.13~4.75张。全省妇产科床位实际使用率为51.70%,各市妇产科床位实际使用率在38.04%~66.83%之间;全省儿科床位实际使用率为68.76%,各市儿科床位实际使用率在45.22%~71.76%之间。妇产科床位和儿科床位使用率达到100%的机构仅占3.49%和7.79%。结论 安徽省妇儿医疗资源存在总体水平偏高、区域配置不均衡、资源整体利用率不高的现况。Objective To analyze the current situation of gynecological and pediatric specialized resources in various medical institutions at all levels in Anhui Province,so as to provide scientific support for optimizing the allocation of gynecological and pediatric resources and ensuring the safety of mothers and infants.Methods 1 702 medical institutions at all levels in Anhui Province were investigated by means of census.A self-designed questionnaire survey was carried out,which was filled out and reviewed by medical institutions and submitted to Anhui Provincial Center for Women and Child Health step by step.The survey comprises fundamental data regarding the institution,institutional type and level,human resources,bed allocation,as well as income and expenditure.Results A total of 1 702 medical institutions participated in the survey.There were 2.79-8.35 women and children health technicians,0.81-1.61 obstetricians and gynecologists,and 0.46-1.58 pediatricians for every 10,000 people in all cities of Anhui Province.There were 2.99-8.35 beds for women and children,1.86-5.10 beds for obstetrics and gynecology,and 1.13-4.75 beds for pediatrics per 10 000 people.The actual utilization rate of obstetrics and gynecology beds in our province was 51.70%.The actual utilization rate of obstetrics and gynecology beds in each city was ranged from 38.04% to 66.83%.The actual utilization rate of pediatric beds in our province was 68.76%,and that of pediatric beds in all cities ranged from 45.22% to 71.76%.Only 3.49% of obstetrics and gynecology beds and 7.79% of pediatric beds reached 100% of actual utilization rate.Conclusion The overall level of gynecological and pediatric resources in Anhui Province is relatively high,with uneven regional allocation and overall low resource utilization rate.
