摘　　要：中医药在辅助治疗胃癌领域显示出独特优势。中药复方改善胃癌主要机制包括调控细胞增殖与凋亡,逆转细胞耐药性,降低肿瘤细胞侵袭转移能力及抑制上皮间质转化,调节机体免疫功能,抑制血管新生,调控自噬、外泌体、铁死亡等。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)shows unique advantages in the field of adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer.The main mechanism of TCM in improving gastric cancer includes regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis,reversing cell resistance,reducing the ability of invasion and metastasis and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,regulating immune function,inhibiting neovascularization,regulating autophagy exosome,and ferroptosis.
