仿生物电刺激疗法结合中医康复手法治疗产后腹直肌分离在基层医疗机构的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 腹直肌分离(DRA)是产后常见并发症,仿生物电刺激疗法是常用的治疗手段。本课题拟通过分组干预,对照组采用仿生物电刺激治疗,观察组在此基础上结合中医康复手法,探讨仿生物电刺激疗法结合中医康复手法治疗产后DRA的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月—2022年6月就诊的产后DRA患者200例作为研究对象。对照组采用仿生物电刺激治疗,观察组在仿生物电刺激疗法的基础上结合使用中医康复手法;治疗2月后统计分析试验数据,从腹直肌分离距离(IRD)、腰背部视觉模拟量表评分(腰背部VAS评分)两方面进行对照研究,明确仿生物电刺激治疗结合中医康复手法治疗产后DRA的优势。结果 观察组与对照组治疗前IRD、腰背部VAS评分等方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组和对照组产妇IRD及腰背部VAS评分均有明显改善(P <0.05),观察组症状改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 仿生物电刺激疗法结合中医康复手法治疗产后DRA疗效显著,优于单纯使用仿生物电刺激疗法,可为基层医疗机构DRA康复治疗提供一种有效、安全的中西医结合康复方案。Objective Diastasis recti abdominis(DRA),a common complication after delivery,is often treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation.This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) rehabilitation in treating DRA.Methods A total of 200 patients with postpartum DRA treated from January to June in 2022 were assigned into two groups.The control group was treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation,and the observation group with TCM rehabilitation on the basis of biomimetic electrical stimulation.The treatment in both groups lasted for two months,and then the inter-rectus distance (IRD) and visual analog scale(VAS) score of the lower back were adopted to clarify the advantages of the combined therapy in treating postpartum DRA.Results The observation group and the control group showed no significant difference in IRD or VAS score before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment in both groups reduced the IRD and VAS score(P<0.05),and the observation group outperformed the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of biomimetic electrical stimulation with TCM rehabilitation demonstrates significant therapeutic effect on postpartum DRA,being superior to the biomimetic electrical stimulation alone.This study provides an effective and safe therapy integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine for treating DRA in primary medical institutions.
