中药代茶饮联合金芪降糖片治疗脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病前期合并肥胖的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药代茶饮联合金芪降糖片治疗脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病前期合并肥胖的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年3月—2019年3月北京丰台医院收治的脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病前期合并肥胖患者70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组采取控制饮食和合理运动的生活方式,同时给予心理干预;观察组在对照组基础上采用金芪降糖片和中药代茶饮治疗。干预6个月后,比较两组干预前后相关指标及临床有效率。结果 干预后,观察组的体重、身体质量指数、腹围、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数的水平均低于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01),且临床有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未出现不适情况。结论 中药代茶饮联合金芪降糖片对脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病前期合并肥胖的治疗有效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine tea combined with Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets in the treatment of pre-type 2 diabetes mellitus(pre-T2DM) of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome complicated with obesity.Methods Seventy patients with pre-T2DM of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome complicated with obesity admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group adopted a lifestyle of controlled diet and reasonable exercise,and received psychological intervention.In addition to the same interventions as the control group,the observation group was treated with Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets and Chinese medicine tea.After six months of intervention,the relevant indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the levels of weight,body mass index,waist circumference,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,fasting insulin,and insulin resistance index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No discomfort was reported during the treatment process in both groups.Conclusion Chinese medicine tea combined with Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets is effective in treating pre-T2DM of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome complicated with obesity.
