中医脐疗的现代临床进展简述

摘　　要：现代临床研究中,脐疗的应用方法有中药敷脐、脐灸、脐针、脐推拿等多种方法,在内、外、妇、儿等多个学科众多疾病的防治中获得良好的疗效。中医药根据辨证论治灵活选用合适的脐疗方法,临床疗效好、定位准确、安全性高、简便廉、易于推广。本文将近年来脐疗在临床研究进行归纳,综述脐疗的现代应用进展,总结脐疗优势,指出不足,为脐疗的临床研究提供参考和借鉴。Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the common complications of postpartum women in China,which can endanger life in severe cases,and may be related to abnormal uterine contraction,placental problems,maternal coagulation dysfunction and other factors.Shenghua Decoction,from Fu Qing's Guide to Women's Medicine,is a common prescription for women after childbirth.It has the effects of nourishing blood and removing blood stasis,warming menstruation and relieving pain.Modern research has found that this prescription can play a better role in women's postpartum hemorrhage.This article mainly searches the relevant literatures in CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang Chinese Medical Journal full-text database and other databases from January 2002 to December 2022,analyzes the mechanism of action,pharmacological composition and clinical efficacy of Shenghua Decoction,discusses and summarizes the advantages and limitations of Shenghua Decoction,and provides reference for clinical practice.
