摘　　要：对数字时代中国的文化建设而言,古文字字符集的创建,是作为“中华优秀传统文化的根脉”的汉字古文字进入网络信息交流平台的基础工程;对古文字研究数字化创新而言,古文字字符集的创建,具有重要战略意义。古文字字符集的研制必须坚持“芯片化”制作标准,实施以下策略方法:构建古文字公共数据库作为古文字字符集研制的配套支持平台;字符集标准化的动态推进;提升古文字字符集研制在古文字研究任务中的地位;国家管理指导的适度介入。For Chinese cultural development in the digital age,the creation of character sets of ancient scripts is the basic project for ancient Chinese scripts to enter the internet information exchange platform as“the root of splendid Chinese traditional culture”.For the innovative digitization of ancient Chinese script research,the creation of character sets of ancient scripts is of strategic significance.The development of character sets of ancient scripts must adhere to the“chip-based”production standard,and implement the following strategies and methods:constructing a public database of ancient scripts as a supporting platform for the development of character sets;dynamically promoting character set standardization;improving the status of character sets of ancient scripts in ancient script research;moderate involvement of and guidance from state management.
