摘  要:随着集成电路技术的发展,以DC-DC转换器为主体的开关电源以转换率高、重量轻、体积小等优势逐步取代了传统的线性电源。为保证电源系统的可靠工作,针对DC-DC电源模块可靠性相关问题的研究受到广泛关注。论文针对DC-DC电源模块的故障情况开展分析,从电源模块瞬态响应原理入手,利用PSpice电路仿真软件,对电源模块故障状态测试信号进行了研究,从一般DC-DC电路到复杂电路分别开展仿真,验证各种电路条件下的测试信号类型及有效性。论文建立了DC-DC电源模块瞬态响应传递函数的方框图,经过分析计算,得到脉冲测试信号对输出电压的影响情况。基于瞬态响应分析,利用PSpice搭建仿真电路,并完成信号关键参数研究。同时搭建了典型DC-DC电源模块电路,设置对应测试信号,根据不同情形下输出波形情况,对内部MOS管、光电耦合器与二极管状态进行故障识别。With the development of integrated circuit technology,the switching power supply with DC-DC converter as the main body has gradually replaced the traditional linear power supply with the advantages of high conversion rate,light weight and small size.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the power system,the research on the reliability of DC-DC power modules has received extensive attention.This paper analyzes the fault situation of the DC-DC power supply module,starts with the transient re⁃sponse principle of the power supply module,and uses the PSpice circuit simulation software to study the fault state test signal of the power supply module,from the general DC-DC circuit to the complex circuit,thus verifying the test signal type and validity under various circuit conditions.In this paper,the block diagram of the transient response transfer function of the DC-DC power supply module is established.After analysis and calculation,the influence of the pulse test signal on the output voltage is obtained.Based on the transient response analysis,the simulation circuit is built with PSpice,and the research on the key parameters of the signal is completed.At the same time,a typical DC-DC power module circuit is built,and the corresponding test signal is set.According to the output waveform in different situations,the fault identification of the internal MOS tube,photocoupler and diode state is carried out.
