摘　　要：目的研究一组特定术中C型臂透视术语在单边双通道内镜技术(UBE)镜下融合手术中的作用。方法选取从业5年及以上的专业脊柱外科医生和透视技师进行一组特定术中C型臂透视术语的培训,对上述人员在培训前后进行5点Likert量表问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析;同时选取上述医生和技师在培训前后完成的行UBE镜下融合手术的患者60例,比较分析接受特定术语培训前后的透视次数、有效透视率、透视时间、重复穿刺率等指标。结果与培训前相比,术者和透视技师在培训后的术中沟通等级明显改善(P=0.017)、沟通障碍等级明显下降(P<0.05),重复透视次数明显减少(P<0.05),同时,透视时间、重复穿刺率均明显缩短/下降(P<0.05),有效透视率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论术者和透视技师通过特定术语沟通可明显改善二者之间的沟通障碍,提高有效透视率,减少术后患者透视次数,是一种改善UBE镜下融合手术中透视效果的有效方法。Objective To study the function of a specific set of intraoperative C-arm fluoroscopy terms in unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE)endoscopic fusion.Methods Professional spine surgeons and radiographers with 5 years or more of experience were selected for a specific set of intraoperative C-arm fluoroscopy terms training,the 5-point Likert scale before and after the training was performed for the above personnel,and the results were statistically analyzed.Meanwhile,60 patients received UBE endoscopic fusion and completed by the above surgeons and radiographers before and after the training were selected,and the fluoroscopy frequency,effective fluoroscopy rate,fluodoiroscopy time,repeated puncture rate before and after receiving specific terms training were compared and analyzed.Results After the training,the intraoperative communication level between the surgeons and the radiographers was significantly improved(P=0.017),the communication barrier level significantly decreased(P<0.05),the repeated fluoroscopy frequency significantly decreased(P<0.05),the fluoroscopy time and the repeated puncture rate significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the effective fluoroscopy rate was significantly improved(P<0.05)compared with those before training.Conclusion Communication between the surgeons and radiographers with the use of specific terms can significantly improve their communication barrier,improve the effective fluoroscopy rate,and reduce the fluoroscopy frequency of patients after surgery,which is an effective method to improve the fluoroscopy effect in UBE endoscopic fusion.
