福州上下杭历史街区“共享街道”理念应用研究

摘　　要：随着城市化的迅猛发展,历史文化街区的改造也面临严峻的挑战。如何保护历史街区的空间尺度和街巷脉络,同时满足街区的多重功能,显得尤为重要。以福州上下杭历史街区为研究对象,通过实地调研、交通量观测和问卷调查,总结分析现存的街道界面混乱、人车矛盾突出、停车空间不足等问题。基于“共享街道”理论,从人群、空间、时间3个维度提出共享方案,以期满足不同群体在不同街道空间、不同时间段的需求,达到三维共享的目标,试图为历史街区的改造提供新的路径。With the rapid development of urbanization,the transformation of historical and cultural districts is also facing severe challenges.It is particularly important to satisfy the multiple functions while protecting the scale and context of a historic district.Taking Shangxiahang Historic District of Fuzhou as the research object,this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems such as chaotic street interface,prominent contradiction between people and vehicles,and insufficient parking space through field research,traffic volume observation and questionnaire survey.Based on the concept of shared streets,the three-dimensional sharing scheme is proposed from population,space and time in order to meet the needs of different groups of people in different time periods and different street spaces,and to achieve the design goals of population sharing,time sharing and spatial sharing.The research conclusions try to provide a new path for the transformation of historic districts.
