摘　　要：通过对SVPWM控制原理研究,分析三相调制与两相调制对电动热泵压缩机控制器中分立式IGBT模块损耗的影响。基于Simulink搭建温度估算模型,实机验证调制方式对IGBT模块温度的影响。By studying the control principle of SVPWM,the influence of three-phase modulation on the loss of separate LGBT module in the controller of electric heat pump compressor is analyzed.The temperature estimation model is built based on Simulink,and the influence of modulation mode on IGBT module temperature is verified by real machine.
