摘  要:研究了C14-16烯基磺酸钠(AOS)、松香酸钠、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB-97)3种表面活性剂对磷石膏轻质抹灰砂浆工作性能及物理性能的影响。结果表明:表面活性剂的起泡能力和稳泡能力在水和磷石膏轻质抹灰砂浆中表现出一定的区别,在磷石膏轻质抹灰砂浆中宜采用AOS引气发泡,且掺量不宜高于0.05%;松香酸钠不宜在磷石膏轻质抹灰砂浆中使用;CAB-97在磷石膏轻质抹灰砂浆中应用时掺量不应超过0.01%。当磷石膏轻质抹灰砂浆中引入气泡量过多时,破碎的玻化微珠会导致大气泡破裂,形成连通孔隙,导致结构开始变得疏松,使得砂浆体积密度及强度大幅下降。In this paper,the effects of AOS,sodium rosinate and CAB-97 on the working performance and physical properties of phosphogypsum lightweight plastering mortar were studied.The results show that the foaming ability and foam stability of surfactants are different in water and phosphogypsum lightweight plastering mortar.AOS should be used in air-entraining foaming of phosphogypsum lightweight plastering mortar,and the dosage should not be higher than 0.05%.Sodium abietate should not be used in phosphogypsum lightweight plastering mortar.The dosage of CAB-97 should not exceed 0.01%when it is used in phosphogypsum lightweight plastering mortar.When the amount of bubbles introduced into the phosphogypsum lightweight plastering mortar is large,the broken vitrified beads will cause large bubbles to break and form connected pores,resulting in the structure becoming loose.Making bulk density and strength decreased significantly.
