摘 要:乳液类脱模剂是目前制备清水混凝土常用的脱模剂,但易粘结产品造成色差气孔等问题限制了其广泛应用。通过试验确定C50清水混凝土的最佳水胶比,在此基础上,研究了市售水性脱模剂、油性脱模剂以及自制界面改性剂对于清水混凝土表观质量的影响。研究发现,使用市售脱模剂制备的清水混凝土表观质量较差,孔隙率平均为0.41%,最大气孔直径平均为6.0 mm;使用界面改性剂后清水混凝土的表面最大气孔直径平均为1.5 mm,孔隙率平均为0.17%,较未使用脱模剂的分别减小了80.8%、91.2%,制备的清水混凝土表面光滑平整,无色差气泡。自制界面改性剂可有效弥补市售脱模剂的缺点,明显提高清水混凝土的表观质量。Emulsion-type release agents are extensively employed in the production of fair-faced concrete,but their proclivity for binding goods,resulting in discoloration and porosity,has limited their employment.Optimal water-cement ratio of C50 strength fair-faced concrete was determined through experiments in this paper,and on this basis,the effects of commercially available water-based release agents,oil-based release agents,and homemade interface modifiers on the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete were investigated.It was found that the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete prepared with commercially available release agents was poor,with an average porosity of 0.41%and an average maximum pore diameter of 6.0 mm,compared with the control group,the maximum pore diameter on the surface of fair-faced concrete decreased by 80.8%to an average of 1.5 mm and the porosity decreased by 91.2%to an average of 0.17%after using the interface modifier,and the surface of the prepared fair-faced concrete was smooth and flat without color difference and bubbles.The experiments show that the homemade interface modifier can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of commercially available release agents and significantly improve the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete.
