摘 要:对混凝土地面用水泥基耐磨材料的耐磨性能钢轮测试法进行研究,试验确定了耐磨材料合适的跳桌流动度为(135±5)mm;拌合物制备和成型过程中,耐磨材料试件表面需平整、压实、光洁;明确了试件安装、固定和磨痕除尘等试验条件。将钢轮法与滚珠轴承法的测试结果进行对比发现,二者对同种耐磨材料的耐磨性能评价基本一致,证明钢轮法试验可以用于混凝土地面用水泥基耐磨材料的耐磨性能测试和评价。This paper investigates the steel wheel testing method for the wear resistance of cement-based wear-resistant materials for concrete floors.The appropriate jump-table fluidity of wear-resistant materials determined through tests is(135±5)mm.In the preparation and molding process,the surface of wear-resistant material specimens should be flat,compacted and smooth.The test conditions for mounting,fixing and dust removal of abrasion-resistant material test blocks are also detailed.Comparing the test results of the steel wheel method and the ball bearing method,it was found that the two were basically consistent in evaluating the wear resistance of the same wear-resistant material,which proved that the steel wheel method test can be used as a substitute for testing and evaluating the wear resistance of cement-based wear-resistant materials for concrete floors.
