摘 要:采用NaOH溶液对稻草纤维进行改性,研究NaOH溶液浓度及浸泡时间对改性稻草纤维性能的影响,确定最佳改性方案;在此基础上研究了改性稻草纤维掺量及纤维形态对透水再生混凝土透水系数、力学性能以及抗冻性能的影响,并在试验路段进行铺设。结果表明,NaOH溶液的最佳浓度为4%,最佳浸泡时间为12 h。随改性稻草纤维掺量增加,透水再生混凝土的透水系数有所增大,其中丝状改性稻草纤维掺量为4.8 kg/m^(3)时透水系数达到最大,为8.22 mm/s;透水再生混凝土的抗压强度呈下降趋势,而劈裂抗拉强度、拉压比和抗冻性能均有所提高。试验路段验证了透水再生混凝土的强度和透水性能的整体效果良好。The rice straw fiber was treated with NaOH solution,and the properties of modified rice straw fiber were studied under different NaOH solution concentrations and different soaking times,and the optimal pretreatment scheme was determined.On this basis,the influence of content and morphology of modified rice straw fiber on the permeability coefficient,mechanical properties and frost resistance of pervious recycled concrete was studied,and it was laid in the experimental section.The test results show that the optimal concentration of NaOH solution is 4%,and the optimal soaking time is 12 h.With the increase of the content of modified rice straw fiber,the permeability coefficient of pervious recycled concrete is increased,and the maximum permeability coefficient is 8.22 mm/s when the content of modified rice straw fiber is 4.8 kg/m^(3).The compressive strength of pervious recycled concrete shows a downward trend,while the splitting tensile strength,tension compression ratio and frost resistance are all improved.Finally,the overall effect of strength and water permeability is verified in the test pavement.
