摘 要:对某在建工程的对拉螺杆式铝合金模板在不同工况下的受力性能及变化规律开展了现场试验,并结合ABAQUS建立了该模板的数值模型。结果表明:在混凝土浇筑阶段,对拉螺杆式铝合金模板受力最大处在距离底部900 mm位置处。受应力集中影响,边框较其它部位测点应力及位移值偏大;面板和横肋的应力及位移值较小,并且其现场实测所得到的位移值及应力值对比理论计算值,差值在20%~30%。建议后续设计时可适当增加边框的高度,减小面板的厚度,改变横肋的布置间距。数值模拟得到模型的变形趋势和现场试验中模板在混凝土侧压力下的变形趋势一致,证明了使用ABAQUS建立该体系模板模型的准确性。Field tests were carried out on the stress performance and variation rules of the pull-screw aluminum alloy formwork of a construction project under different working conditions,and the numerical model of the formwork was established in combination with ABAQUS.The results show that in the concrete pouring stage,the maximum force of the pull screw aluminum alloy formwork is at the position of 900 mm from the bottom.Affected by stress concentration,the stress and displacement values of the frame are larger than those of other parts.The stress and displacement values of the panel and the transverse rib are small,and the displacement and stress values obtained by the field measurement are compared with the theoretical calculation values,and the difference is between 20%and 30%.It is suggested that the height of the frame can be appropriately increased,the thickness of the panel can be reduced,and the spacing of the transverse ribs can be changed in the subsequent design.The deformation trend of the model obtained by numerical simulation is consistent with the deformation trend of the template under the lateral pressure of concrete in the field test,which proves the accuracy of using ABAQUS to establish the template model of the system.
