摘  要:以S95、S105矿渣粉分别取代部分水泥,研究其对低碳柔性水泥基瓷砖胶施工性能、力学性能及收缩性能的影响。结果表明:S105矿渣粉可提高柔性瓷砖胶的抗滑移性能与湿密度;S95矿渣粉在取代率≥20%时使得柔性瓷砖胶的抗滑移性能下降、终凝时间延长。S105矿渣粉可显著提高柔性瓷砖胶的7 d与28 d抗压、抗折强度;S95矿渣粉对28 d抗压、抗折强度有一定程度的提高。S95、S105矿渣粉均可显著提高柔性瓷砖胶的浸水后、冻融循环后拉伸粘结强度,其中S105矿渣粉的作用效果要优于S95矿渣粉。S105矿渣粉在取代率≤30%时可降低柔性瓷砖胶的28 d收缩率;S95矿渣粉在取代率≤20%时对柔性瓷砖胶的28 d收缩率的影响不显著。The effects of replacing part of S95 and S105 slag powder on the workability,mechanical properties,and shrinkage of low-carbon flexible tile adhesive were studied.The results showed that,adding S105 slag powder,the slip resistance and wet density were improved.When the amount of S95 slag powder replacing cement was more than 20%,the slip resistance was decreased and the final setting time was delayed.S105 slag powder can significantly improve the 7-day and 28-day compressive and flexural strength of flexible ceramic tile adhesive,while S95 slag powder has a certain degree of improvement in 28-day compressive and flexural strength.The tensile adhesion strength after water immersion and after freeze-thaw storage were enhanced remarkably by the adding of slag powder and S105 slag powder had a better promotion effect than S95 slag powder.The 28 days shrinkage was reduced by replacing part of cement with S105 slag powder less than 30%.While the effect of S95 slag powder on the 28 days shrinkage was negligible when the amount of replacing cement was less than 20%.
