摘 要:研究利用重油深加工过程中的副产物脱油沥青(DOA),与催化裂化油浆或油浆残渣调和制备重交道路沥青;并采用SBS对其进行改性制备SBS改性沥青,考察了SBS种类对SBS改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:催化裂化油浆、油浆残渣含量为50%、57.5%调和制得的重交沥青老化前后性能均符合GB/T 15180—2010要求;该调和重交沥青经SBS改性后高温性能较好,低温性能较差;催化裂化油浆含量为60%的调和重交沥青经3.0%的LCY3501线型SBS改性后性能最优。The study investigates the utilization of deoiled asphalt(DOA),a byproduct from the deep processing of heavy oil,for the preparation of modified asphalt for heavily trafficked roads by blending it with catalytic cracking slurry oil and slurry oil residue.Styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)is employed to modify the asphalt,and the influence of SBS structure types on the performance of SBS-modified asphalt is examined.The results indicate that the performance of heavy-duty asphalt prepared by blending catalytic cracking slurry oil and slurry oil residue with a content of 50%and 57.5%meets standard GB/T 15180—2010"Heavy Traffic Road Petroleum Asphalt"before and after aging.The blended heavy-duty asphalt exhibits good high-temperature performance and poor low-temperature performance after SBS modification.The blended heavy-duty asphalt with catalytic cracking slurry oil content of 60%has the best performance after being modified with 3.0%LCY3501 linear SBS.
