摘 要:通过电通量试验、一次及二次抗水渗透试验,研究了养护龄期、养护相对湿度对混凝土表面涂刷了水性渗透结晶材料试件抗渗性能的影响。结果表明,无论是否涂刷水性渗透结晶材料,养护相对湿度越高,龄期越长,试件抗渗性能与抗氯离子渗透性能越好;相同条件下,涂刷了水性渗透结晶材料的试件其抗渗性能与抗氯离子渗透性能明显优于未涂刷水性渗透结晶材料的试件;涂刷了水性渗透结晶材料的试件二次抗渗性能均优于一次抗渗性能;在相对湿度较低时,涂刷了水性渗透结晶材料的混凝土试件抗渗性能低于未涂刷试件。The effects of age and relative humidity on the permeation resistance of specimens coated with water-based crystalline material were investigated by means of electrical flux tests,primary and secondary water penetration resistance tests.The test results show that no matter water-based permeable crystalline materials are applied or not,the higher the curing humidity and the longer the age,the better the impermeability and resistance to chloride ion penetration of the specimens;under the same conditions,the impermeability and resistance to chloride ion penetration of the specimens coated with crystalline materials are significantly better than those without crystalline materials;the secondary impermeability of the specimens coated with crystalline materials is better than the primary impermeability;in a low humidity environment,the impermeability of the concrete specimens coated with crystalline materials was lower than that of the uncoated specimens.
