摘　　要：作为装配式钢结构建筑稳定发展的关键——装配式外墙体系,目前主要有3种类型:蒸压砂加气混凝土条板加保温装饰一体板、PC大板外墙和龙骨分层组装外墙,其中外挂墙板与主体结构间的连接节点要兼具安全性与同步变形的能力。针对装配式钢结构办公建筑外墙板施工技术展开研究,分析装配式钢结构建筑纤维增强水泥板一体化复合外墙条板,作为装配式钢结构办公建筑中外墙围护结构的安装工作难点,结合实际案例,提出纤维增强水泥板一体化复合外墙条板安装作业的标准化节点。As a key technology for the stable development of prefabricated steel structure buildings,prefabricated exterior wall system has been developed into many types,mainly including three types:autoclaved sand aerated concrete batten plus thermal insulation decorative integrated board,PC large plate exterior wall and keel layered assembly exterior wall.The connection with the main structure by external hanging is the current mainstream connection form of prefabricated external wall panels of fabricated steel structure system.The connection node between the external hanging wall panel and the main structure should have the safety and reliability of the external hanging wall panel and the deformation coordination between the two.The outer wall panel studied in this paper belongs to the keel layered assembly outer wall.The construction technology of the outer wall panel of the fabricated steel structure office building is studied,and the installation difficulties of the fiber reinforced cement board integrated composite outer wall strip of the fabricated steel structure building as the outer wall maintenance structure in the fabricated steel structure office building are analyzed.Combined with the actual case,the standardized node for installation of fiber reinforced cement board integrated composite exterior wall batten is proposed.
