摘　　要：近年,随着政策的不断推动和技术的逐渐成熟,我国住宅市场涌现出越来越多的装配式钢结构建筑。分类梳理了国内新型钢结构住宅结构体系,总结了各体系的技术要点;基于家庭生命周期理论分析了我国未来住宅市场的产品需求;围绕家庭生命周期内建筑空间可变主题,从建筑方案、结构系统、墙体与隔断、装配式装修等方面进行了分析研究,形成了一体化集成技术方案,进一步提升装配式钢结构住宅产品的市场竞争力。In recent years,with the continuous promotion of policy and the gradual maturity of technology,more and more assembled residential buildings with steel-structure emerge in China's residential market.The domestic new structural systems of residential buildings with steel-structure are sorted out,the technical key points of each system are summarized.The product requirements of China's future market of residential building are analyzed based on the family life cycle theory.Focusing on the architectural space variability throughout the family life cycle,the integrated technical solution is formed after a series of analysis and research from the aspects of architectural scheme,structural system,wall and partition,and assembled decoration,improving the product market competitiveness of assembled residential system with steel-structure.
