摘 要:采用高掺量炉渣粉煤灰砌块作为外部承重骨架,中间采用玻化微珠保温砂浆,内侧采用石膏板作为内装饰,形成三合一的保温墙体——高掺量炉渣粉煤灰玻化微珠保温砂浆石膏板复合墙体,通过试验研究了高掺量炉渣粉煤灰砌块的热工性能,其导热系数较小[0.298 W/(m·K)],保温隔热性能较好。模拟计算基于该复合墙体的变电站建筑结构热工性能,节能率大于50%,可有效减少建筑采暖耗煤量。The high content slag fly ash block,high content slag and fly ash vitrified bead thermal insulation mortar gypsum board was prepared by using high content slag fly ash block as the external load-bearing framework,the vitrified bead thermal insulation mortar in the middle,and the gypsum board as the internal decoration.The thermal performance of the block with high content of slag and fly ash was studied through experiments.Its thermal conductivity was small[0.298 W/(m·K)]and the thermal insulation performance is good.Then the thermal performance of substation building structure based on the composite wall was simulated and calculated.Energy saving rate is more than 50%,which could effectively reduce coal consumption for building heating.
