摘 要:以工业钙基固废脱硫石膏为胶凝材料,协同碳化养护工艺制备脱硫石膏基SiO_(2)气凝胶保温砂浆,对其物理力学性能及固碳性能进行了分析。结果表明,经碳化养护的脱硫石膏基SiO_(2)气凝胶保温砂浆抗压强度比未碳化养护时提高了1.98%~7.83%,并且当气凝胶掺量为3%时,碳化养护对保温砂浆强度的提高效果最明显。随着气凝胶掺量从0增加到7%,砂浆的导热系数从0.5163W/(m·K)减小到0.2537 W/(m·K);并且气凝胶掺量为1%~5%时,碳化养护的试块导热系数比未碳化养护试块的导热系数降低了0.4%~6.7%。碳化养护工艺可以实现脱硫石膏基SiO_(2)气凝胶保温砂浆的碳捕集,固碳率最高可达5%左右。The desulfurization gypsum/SiO_(2)aerogel thermal insulation mortar was prepared with industrial calcium-based solid waste desulfurization gypsum as the cementing material by using synergistic carbonization curing process.The physical and mechanical properties and the carbon fixation performance of the desulfurization gypsum/SiO_(2)aerogel thermal insulation mortar were analyzed.Results indicated that the compressive strength of desulfurization gypsum/SiO_(2)aerogel insulation mortar increased by 1.98%~7.83%compared with that of non-carbonized mortar,and the carbonized curing had the most obvious effect on the strength of mortar when the aerogel dosing was 3%.The thermal conductivity of the mortar decreased from 0.5163 W/(m·K)to 0.2537 W/(m·K)as the aerogel dosage increased from 0%to 7%,and the thermal conductivity of the carbonized cured specimens decreased by 0.4%~6.7%compared to the uncarbonized cured specimens at 1%~5%of aerogel dosage.The carbonization curing process can achieve carbon capture in desulfurization gypsum/SiO_(2)aerogel ithermal insulation mortar.The carbon fixation rate can be up to about 5%.
