摘　　要：目的:分析2017—2021年广西5岁以下儿童意外死亡情况,为降低广西5岁以下儿童意外死亡率提供参考依据。方法:利用广西“桂妇儿健康服务信息管理系统”收集2017—2021年广西5岁以下儿童死亡报告卡和广西妇幼卫生年报数据,分析广西5岁以下儿童意外死亡原因、死亡率及变化趋势。结果:2017—2021年广西5岁以下儿童因意外伤害死亡3212人,意外死亡率为105.46/10万,意外死亡占5岁以下儿童死亡的22.77%。其中,农村儿童意外死亡率(109.64/10万)高于城市儿童(96.46/10万),1~4岁儿童(69.05/10万)意外死亡率高于婴儿(36.41/10万),男童意外死亡率(118.20/10万)高于女童(91.03/10万)。意外死亡构成比的分析结果显示,意外死亡儿童中,70.98%为农村儿童,65.47%为1~4岁儿童,59.43%为男童。意外死因排名中,意外窒息排在第1位,占35.74%,主要发生在婴儿期;溺水、交通意外分别排在第2、3位,占比分别为28.64%和14.04%,主要发生在1~4岁儿童。结论:意外死亡仍是广西5岁以下儿童死亡的主要死因,2017—2021年5岁以下儿童意外死亡率无明显变化,<3岁儿童、农村儿童、男童是意外伤害预防的重点人群,应针对不同年龄儿童制定相应的防范措施,降低儿童意外死亡率。OBJECTIVE To analyze the accidental mortality of children under 5 years of age in Guangxi from 2017 to 2021,and to provide data basis for reducing the accidental mortality of children under 5 years of age.METHODS Collecting the report cards on deaths of children under 5 years of age from 2017 to 2021 collected by Guangxi Women and Children’s Health Service Management Information System to analyze the causes,mortality rates and trends of accidental deaths of children under 5 years of age in Guangxi.RESULTS From 2017 to 2021,3212 children under 5 years old died of accidents in Guangxi,accounting for 22.77%of the deaths of children under 5 years old.The accidental mortality rate in Guangxi was 105.46/105,Rural(109.64/105)>urban(96.46/105),children aged 1~4 years(69.05/105)>infants(36.41/105),boys(118.20/105)>girls(91.03/105).Among the accidental deaths,70.98%were rural children,65.47%were children aged 1~4,and 59.43%were boys.Accidental asphyxia was the first cause of death,accounting for 35.74%,mainly in infancy.Drowning and traffic accidents were the second and third causes of death,account⁃ing for 28.64%and 14.04%,respectively,mainly among children aged 1~4 years.CONCLUSION The accidental mortality rate of children under 5 years old in Guangxi is still the main cause of death of children under 5 years old.Children under 3 years old,chil⁃dren in rural areas and boys are the key groups for the prevention of accidental injuries.Preventive measures should be formulated according to different ages to reduce the accidental mortality of children.
