三叉神经带状疱疹1例报告及基层防治管理

摘　　要：带状疱疹是临床常见的感染性疾病,由于其发病率高、后神经痛迁延不愈,从而严重影响患者的生活质量。另外,特殊类型带状疱疹症状不典型、部分并发症又可能造成组织器官的不可逆损伤,需要联合专科协助诊治。基层医疗卫生机构是带状疱疹防治和管理的重要场所,文章介绍了屏边苗族自治县人民医院收治的1例三叉神经带状疱疹住院患者,经过系统抗病毒、抗炎、止痛、专科会诊等规范治疗后,病情明显改善,并从基层医疗卫生机构角度对带状疱疹的全科诊治和社区预防提出合理化建议。Shingles is a common infectious diseases in clinic.Because of its high incidence rate and persistent post Neuralgia,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In addition,the symptoms of special types of Shingles are not typical,and some com⁃plications may cause irreversible damage to tissues and organs,which requires the assistance of joint specialists in diagnosis and treatment.Primary medical and health institutions are important places for the prevention,treatment and management of Shingles.It introduces a case of Trigeminal nerve Shingles inpatient who is admitted to the People’s Hospital of Pingbian Miao Autonomous County.After systematic antiviral,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,specialist consultation and other standardized treatment,the condi⁃tion of the patient has significantly improved,and from the perspective of grass-roots medical and health institutions,reasonable sug⁃gestions for general diagnosis,treatment and community prevention of Shingles have been put forward.
