摘 要:二级增压和中间冷却技术能减少空气压缩过程中的功耗,节余部分废气供船舶使用,从而提高燃料的使用效率,达到节能减排的目的。从提取废气技术功、提取废气热能和提供气膜减阻气源等3个方面对船用二冲程柴油机二级增压技术的衍生应用进行分析,阐释其对船用二冲程柴油机增压扫气系统和排气处理系统的影响。根据计算分析结果确认并量化该技术的节能减排效果及其产生的经济效益。研究表明:该技术对船用二冲程柴油机的影响可通过对中央冷却器的冷却水量和冷却面积进行计算及系统设计得到解决,将其与其他技术组合使用能取得较好的节能效果。Two-stage turbocharging with intercooler system can reduce the power consumption in the process of air compression.The saved energy may be used and,therefore,improve overall efficiency of the system.The derivative uses of the two-stage turbocharging technology for marine two-stroke diesel engines are calculated and analyzed for the purposes of power generation,heating or producing air to the gas film drag reducing system.The impact of Two-stage turbocharging technology on scavenging system and exhaust treatment system in diesel engine is analyzed.The calculation results confirm and quantify the emission reduction effect,as well as the economic benefit.Also the disadvantages of this system are analyzed and avoided by system optimization.It is concluded that the energy saving effect of two-stage turbocharging with intercooler system can be achieved by combining it with some other technologies.
