摘　　要：针对会议视频展示过程中第三方用户体验不佳、清晰度较低的问题,通过全参考(FR)评价模型对视频画面分辨率进行数据评价,利用两阶段盲卷积(TBCD)技术进行降噪处理,使终端互联画面质量得到提升。利用平滑L0范数的重建(SL0)算法把握视频画面清晰度,并计算视频信号展示标准,使画面质量最大化。通过SolidWorks软件仿真会议视频演示过程,实验表明此设计对会议视频质量提升具有明显效果,信噪比最高为39.7 dB,视频画面分辨率为2560×1600 dpi,视频演示清晰度为98.4%。Aiming at the problem of poor third-party user experience and low definition in the process of conference video display,this paper uses the full reference(FR)evaluation model to evaluate the video screen resolution,uses two-stage blind convolution denoising(TBCD)technology to perform noise reduction.These measures improve the quality of the terminal interconnection screen.The smoothing norm reconstruction(SL0)algorithm is used to grasp the definition of the video screen and calculate the video signal display standard to maximize the picture quality.Through SolidWorks software simulation of meeting video demonstration process,the experiment shows that this design has obvious effect on meeting video quality improvement,the highest signal-to-noise ratio is 39.7 dB,the video screen resolution is 2560×1600 dpi,and the video presentation definition is 98.4%.
