乡村振兴战略下乡村文化建设问题探析

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略离不开文化的基础性作用,乡村文化建设是推动乡村振兴的动力源泉。党的十九大以来党正带领我们有序开展乡村文化振兴相关工作,乡村文化建设发展势头一路向好,但乡村文化建设在资金、人才数量等方面目前仍存在着阻碍和困难。因此,本文从乡村振兴战略的视角出发,提出进一步加大政策和财政支持,建立多元化资金投入渠道;做好乡村人才培育、保护和引进,激发文化建设内生动力;培育和加强农民参与乡村文化建设的主体意识等对策以探索解决乡村文化建设方面问题的方法。The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is inseparable from the basic role of culture,and rural cultural construction is the source of power to promote rural revitalization.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party has been leading us to carry out the work related to the revitalization of rural culture in an orderly manner,and the development momentum of rural cultural construction has been improving all the way.However,there are still obstacles and difficulties in terms of funds and the number of talents.Therefore,from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,this paper puts forward to further increase policy and financial support and establish diversified capital investment channels;Do a good job in cultivating,protecting and introducing rural talents to stimulate the endogenous motivation of cultural construction;Cultivate and strengthen farmers'subjective consciousness of participating in rural cultural construction and other countermeasures to explore ways to solve problems in rural cultural construction.
