摘  要:以活性炭为吸附剂、苯酚水溶液为模拟废水原料,采用紫外分光光度仪测定不同条件下活性炭对于苯酚模拟废水的吸附效果;单因素实验的最佳工艺条件为:吸附时间38 min、吸附温度为20℃、苯酚水溶液pH值为3、水浴恒温振荡器转速为200 r/min、活性炭粒径为0.125 mm,最佳工艺条件下活性炭对苯酚水溶液的吸附量为69.1 mg/g;正交试验表明吸附条件的影响大小依次为:苯酚水溶液的pH>水浴恒温振荡器转速>活性炭粒径>吸附温度。Using activated carbon as adsorbent and phenol aqueous solution as simulated wastewater raw material,the adsorption effect of activated carbon on phenol simulated wastewater under different conditions was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The optimal conditions of single factor experiment were as follows,adsorption time 38 min,adsorption temperature 20℃,solution pH 3,shaking speed 200 r/min,activated carbon particle size 0.125 mm,and the saturated adsorption capacity of activated carbon to phenol aqueous solution reaches 69.1 mg/g under the optimum process conditions.Orthogonal test shows that the influence of adsorption conditions is as follows:solution pH>shaking speed>activated carbon particle size>adsorption temperature.
