摘  要:以酚醛树脂为碳源,聚氨酯海绵为氮源和炭支撑骨架,通过KOH水溶液为活化致孔剂,采用一步法碳化、活化制备氮掺杂多孔炭(nitrogen-doped porous carbon,NPC)。研究了氮掺杂及KOH不同添加量对NPC结构和电容性能的影响。结果表明:NPC-2.0(KOH用量为2.0 g)具有较高的比表面积(1195 m^(2)/g)和孔体积(0.788 cm^(3)/g)。在三电极体系中,0.2 A/g电流密度下,NPC-2.0比电容可达377 F/g,循环8000次电容保持率仍具有96.8%。两电极体系中,NPC-2.0组装的对称电容器在功率密度为125 W/kg时,能量密度可达6.05 W·h/kg,且充放电10000次后的电容保持率为96.0%。通过一步法原位氮掺杂所得NPC-2.0表现出良好的电容性能,且制备流程短,具有广阔的研发应用前景。Nitrogen-doped porous carbon(NPC)was prepared by one-step carbonization and activation using phenolic resin as carbon source,polyurethane sponge as nitrogen source and carbon supporting framework,and KOH aqueous solution as activation pore-causing agent.The effects of nitrogen doping and different amounts of KOH on the structure and capacitance of NPC were studied.The results show that NPC-2.0(The amount of KOH used in the raw material was 2.0 g)has high specific surface area(1195 m 2/g)and pore volume(0.788 cm 3/g).In the three-electrode system,the specific capacitance of NPC-2.0 can reach 377 F/g at 0.2 A/g current density.The capacitance retention rate after 8000 cycles is still 96.8%.In the two-electrode system,the energy density of the symmetrical capacitor assembled by NPC-2.0 can reach 6.05 W·h/kg while the power density is 125 W/kg,and the capacitor retention rate after 10000 times of charging and discharging is 96.0%.NPC-2.0 obtained by one-step in-situ nitrogen doping shows good capacitive performance,and the preparation process is simple,which has broad research and application prospects.
